Ashley (she/her) is a playwright, dramaturg and teaching artist. In these roles, she has been fortunate to work for companies like Bard on the Beach, Arts Club, The Cultch, PTC, Green Thumb, Arts Umbrella, Little Mountain Lion, Carousel Theatre for Young People (Vancouver) Theatre SKAM, Kaleidoscope (Victoria) She is passionate about using theatre for young audiences to explore speculative futures. Recent playwright credits include: Camp Goneaway (Vancouver Fringe 2024 Winner Patron’s Pick Award and Best of Fest Award), June Bug (Vancouver Fringe 2022 Fringe winner of TYP Family Forward Award, UpintheAir’s rEvolver Festival, Theatre on the Edge), FRANK (Impulse Theatre Peek Show 14) Mother Pin (OR Festival/Fabulist Theatre) Be(a)Tree (Unwrap Theatre/Small Curiosities)

Ashley holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Applied Theatre from Uvic and a diploma in Theatre Performance from Douglas College. She is happy to be on the Board of Directors for LMDA Canada and the co-artistic director of Ragamuffin Productions.

Sargil Tongol

Sargil Tongol (he/him) is a multidisciplinary artist from Surrey, B.C. As an educator, director and performer, Sargil's work revolves around collaboration and exploring the outlandish and encouraging play while still finding the heart in a piece. Through his work, Sargil hopes to continue to express his knowledge and passion for theatre. In doing so, he hopes others find their creativity and imagination through the arts. He holds a Bachelor of Education, and a Bachelor of Arts Majoring in Theatre Studies and Minor in History both from UBC, and holds a Diploma from Douglas College in Theatre Performance. Recent credits include: Camp Goneaway (Director, Ragamuffin Productions), Maggie (Or Festival), Head Over Heels (Co-Director, UBC Player’s Club), June Bug (Director, Ragamuffin Productions), Oz (Assistant Director, Carousel Theatre for Young People).

Christian Krushel

Christian Krushel is an Edmonton based actor and writer. He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting (University of Alberta) and a Diploma in Theatre Performance: Acting (Douglas College). Christian works professionally across British Columbia and Alberta performing and uplifting work from across western Canada. As a founding artist of Ragamuffin Productions, he is a proud member of the company and hopes it brings you laughter, joy, and reflection. Select credits include: A Midsummer Night's Dream (Theatre Calgary), Chariots of Fire (Rosebud Theatre), The Badlands Passion Play (Drumheller Amphitheatre), Legoland (Ragamuffin Productions), Crisp Trepidation (The Campfire Anthology), The Devils, Ubu Roi, Weasel (Studio Theatre).

Gabrielle Nebrida-Pépin

Gabrielle Nebrida-Pépin, otherwise known to most as “Gabby”, is a queer Filippino/French-Canadian actor based in Vancouver, BC. She is currently signed with The Characters Talent Agency and is a proud graduate of the BFA Acting program from UBC. Throughout her career, she has had the privilege to explore her work in both theatre and film in both French and English. Some of her favorite theatre credits include: Camp Goneaway (Margot, Ragamuffin Productions), Eyes of the Beast (Dian, Workshop for Neworld Theatre), Hilda’s Yard (Bobbi, Western Gold Theatre), Maggie (Elaine, Or Festival), Head Over Heels (Harquevari, UBC Players Club), Henry V (Emergency Replacement Actor, Bard on the Beach), Ceci est une histoire d'amour (Anna, Théâtre la seizième), June Bug (June Bug, Ragamuffin Productions), Quelqu'un t'aime M.Hatch (Betsy, Axis Theatre), Coriolanus (Sicinius, UBC) and The Greeks (Elektra, UBC). For film: iZombie (Angela, CW), Retrograde (Young Woman, Journeys Into Crazy), Riverdale (Margaret, CW), and has recently wrapped her first feature in the film adaptation of She Kills Monsters by Qui Nguyen. Outside of her creative endeavors, Gabby enjoys a life of adventure, playing basketball (still working on that 3-pointer), spending time with her wonderful friends, and most imperatively eating her favorite treat- ice cream!

Alexa McKee

Alexa McKee

Marketing and Community Engagement Coordinator

Originally from Saskatchewan, Alexa (she/her) is a theatre artist based in Vancouver. Alexa holds a B.A. from UBC with a double major in Human Geography and Theatre. At UBC, her studies focused on a combination of urban planning and socio-political geographies in addition to critical theatre analysis, theatre history, dramaturgy, and theatre performance. She is currently completing a Marketing Management Certificate at BCIT and works in content creation and social media management. Beyond work and school, Alexa is involved in Vancouver theatre as an actor, director, and sound designer, and in the local music scene as an independent artist and songwriter.
